Terms of Use
Version 2026-05-28 · Applies to aixi.football
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using aixi.football (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What aixi is
aixi is a tool for organising a regular friendly football game: rosters, invites, team generation, scores, venue billing, and optional Telegram posting. The Service is operated by Lukas Oberhuber, trading as Blabberate (a sole trader, based in England and Wales).
3. Beta and availability
aixi is in beta. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the Service may be unavailable at times. We don't guarantee that any message (including Telegram posts) will be delivered.
4. Your account (eligibility)
You must be at least 18 years old to register an account. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
5. Your role as a data controller
When you use aixi to manage your game, you are the data controller for the personal data you put in or that the bot captures for your group — players, venues, bank details on bills, and Telegram users who tap your bot's messages. aixi acts as your data processor for that data. The detail of that processor relationship is set out in our Data Processing terms, which form part of these Terms.
As the controller, you confirm and agree that:
- you have a lawful basis for holding the personal data you enter or that the bot captures (typically your legitimate interest in organising your game);
- you will inform your players that their details are held in aixi to organise the game, including how to ask you (or us) to correct or remove them;
- for any under-18 player whose details you store, you have the authority to do so and have obtained any parental or guardian consent required by law (the Children's Code and UK GDPR apply);
- for payment details (a venue's bank account / sort code, or a payment instruction on a bill) and other sensitive items, you only store details where the person or business they belong to has agreed;
- you will respond to your players' data requests (access, correction, erasure) and use aixi's deletion / archive controls promptly when asked.
Where required to provide the Service for you, aixi is also the data controller for your own account-holder data (your login, email, phone if provided, and acceptance metadata) — see the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully. Don't use aixi to harass or harm others, to store personal data without a lawful basis, to circumvent our security controls, or to send unsolicited messages through your connected Telegram group.
7. Fees
aixi is free to use during the beta. If we introduce paid plans later, we will give you notice before any charges apply, and you'll be free to stop using the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aixi and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss of data, missed games, or amounts owed between you and your players or venues. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, during the free beta, is zero). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Termination
You can stop using aixi and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing info@blabberate.com. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or if we stop offering the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product develops. The version date at the top of this page reflects the current version; we'll keep your acceptance against the version that was in force when you registered, and we'll give notice of substantive changes in-app where reasonable. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.
